Who we are
TTSToolkit ("we", "us", "our") operates the website ttstoolkit.com. We provide free tools for TikTok Shop sellers. You can contact us at reach@ttstoolkit.com.
What data we collect
Email address — only if you choose to provide it to unlock more free tool uses per day. This is entirely optional.
Usage data — we log which tools are used, your IP address (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot reverse it back to your original IP), and timestamps. This is used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We never store your raw IP address.
Tool inputs — when you use an AI-powered tool, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not store your tool inputs in our database after the response is returned.
No cookies — we use a server-side session only to maintain your usage limit across tool uses. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
How we use your data
Your email address is used only to: (1) unlock your higher daily usage limit, and (2) occasionally notify you of important updates or new tools. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party. Ever.
Usage logs are used to prevent abuse and protect the service. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
Third parties
Anthropic — AI-powered tools send your inputs to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We recommend not including personal information in tool inputs.
We use no advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics services that collect personal data.
Data storage
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (Massachusetts). Email addresses are stored in a MySQL database on Hostinger infrastructure.
Your rights
You have the right to: request deletion of your email from our database, request a copy of any data we hold about you, or opt out of any future communications. Email reach@ttstoolkit.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
TTSToolkit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
