Acceptance
By using TTSToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of ttstoolkit.com.
What the Service is
TTSToolkit provides free calculation and AI-assisted tools for TikTok Shop sellers and creators. The tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.
No guarantees on accuracy
While we make every effort to keep tool data accurate and up to date, TikTok Shop's fee structures, policies, and platform rules change frequently. We cannot guarantee that all calculations or outputs are 100% accurate at all times. Always verify important figures against TikTok's official Seller Center and Academy documentation before making business decisions.
Calculated results, AI-generated content, and tool outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
AI-powered tools and third-party processing
Some tools use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content such as DM templates, appeal letters, video scripts, and product descriptions. When you use an AI-powered tool, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive business data into AI tool fields. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.
Permitted use
You may use TTSToolkit for personal and commercial purposes related to your TikTok Shop business. You may not: (1) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (2) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls through automated means, VPNs, or proxies to gain unfair access, (3) scrape, copy, or reproduce tool logic or content for redistribution, (4) use the Service to generate content that violates TikTok's policies or any applicable law.
Email and communications
By providing your email address, you unlock a higher daily usage limit. If you additionally opt in to product updates, you may receive occasional emails about TTSToolkit. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing reach@ttstoolkit.com. We do not sell your email to third parties.
Cookies
TTSToolkit uses a single session cookie for rate limiting purposes only. No advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies are used. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTSToolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

TTSToolkit is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or ByteDance Ltd. in any way. "TikTok Shop" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Massachusetts.
